Yes! Because our raw hair is unprocessed, it can be bleached and dyed. We always recommend having color services to be performed by a licensed professional to maintain the quality and integrity of your hair.

With proper care, our Raw Indian hair can last 3-5 years. All hair can be reused for multiple installs.

Processing times vary by collection. Wavy textures are processed within 4-7 days while Loose Curly & Deep Curly orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Once orders are processed, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

Yes! Local pickup/meetup is available in the Metro Detroit area for a $10 fee. Select Local Meetup – Metro Detroit at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time and location. All pickups are by appointment only.

For sanitary reasons, Raw Remedy does not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, altered, installed, washed, colored, cut, or otherwise manipulated.
